The agreement between you and us when you use the app. Short, and in plain language.

Who you are agreeing with
BJJ Game Builder is provided by PPCWAY — Sole proprietorship (JDG) registered in CEIDG, Poland. Full details are at the bottom of this page. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
You need to be 16 or over. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.
What you get for free
The techniques library, My Game, adding techniques by hand, Next to Learn recommendations, and your first 10 logged training sessions. No payment and no trial period is involved — free is simply free.
What PRO costs
- $4.99 per month, or $39 per year ($3.25 a month).
- These are list prices in USD. Google Play charges you in your own currency and shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- There is no free trial. Nothing starts charging you by surprise.
PRO removes the logging limit and unlocks Analysis and AI Coach. Everything that is free stays free.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Google Play, not by us. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you cancel it in Google Play — the app links you straight there.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep PRO until the period you have already paid for runs out. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play separately. The app warns you about this before it deletes anything.
Restoring a purchase
A purchase belongs to the Google account that paid for it. If you reinstall the app or sign in on another device, use Restore purchases on the PRO screen. If you bought PRO on a different Google account, switch to that account in Google Play — restoring on the wrong one will correctly find nothing.
If PRO ends
Nothing you logged is deleted. You keep your account, your training history, My Game and everything in it; you simply stop being able to log new sessions past the free allowance, and Analysis and AI Coach lock again until you resubscribe. If a payment fails, Google gives you a grace period before access changes, and the app tells you what is happening rather than quietly locking.
Your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, that right can end once you start using it. In practice, purchases made through Google Play are refunded under Google's policy — contact support@buildmygame.app and we will help.
Your training data is yours
What you log belongs to you. We store it so the app can work, we do not sell it, and you can delete all of it at any time — here is how. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and who processes it.
Nothing you have logged is removed because a subscription ended. If PRO lapses you keep everything; you simply stop adding new sessions past the free allowance until you resubscribe.
The techniques library
The library, the artwork and the app itself remain ours. You may use them inside the app for your own training. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
What the app is not
BJJ Game Builder organises and analyses what you record. It does not teach you jiu-jitsu.
Analysis reports what you logged. AI Coach turns those counts into sentences automatically, and it can be wrong. Neither is medical or health advice, neither is a substitute for a qualified instructor, and neither can tell you whether you are performing a technique correctly or safely — the app records outcomes, not execution.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu carries a real risk of injury. You are responsible for how you train. Follow your instructor and your academy, and treat anything the app suggests as something to raise with them rather than something to act on alone.
The training information in the app is what you entered. We do not check it and cannot vouch for it.
Availability
We work to keep the app running but cannot promise it is always available or free of faults. Features may change as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what PRO gives you, we will tell you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law — including your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that is being used to break these terms, to abuse the service, or unlawfully.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there. We would rather sort things out directly first — write to support@buildmygame.app and we aim to answer within 14 days.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
